The power and flexibility of the application give you a fully integrated credit and collections system.   From the collections dashboard, each user has the ability to manage all of the necessary collections functions, including call prioritization, reminder notices, and established follow-up activities. All of the information is segregated and displayed in a variety of panels, which are matched to your specific workflow.  Collectors can then review an account, place a call and log the resulting promise or dispute.  The system captures all of the critical data, while still giving collectors unique collection strategies for each account. 

PayPoint also integrates with our nSight business intelligence tool, giving you access to a wide variety of performance metrics.  At the executive level, reports can be configured for performance review, cash forecasting and portfolio analysis.  Reports can also be refined down to a granular level, giving you detailed analysis of your overall portfolio or individual accounts.
