CreditPoint Software provides you with a dynamic commercial credit and collections software solution that includes powerful support tools that allow you to turn your credit department into a strategic asset. However, no tool can be fully utilized without proper understanding and training. That's why we work directly with you to maximize the performance potential of CreditPoint Software.

 

As part of your implementation, we provide both online and in-person training to allow flexibility in scheduling. However, we strongly recommend and prefer in-person training to provide a hands-on transfer of information to ensure your complete understanding. This includes complete manuals for navigation and functional use of the application. These documents are evergreen, meaning that they are updated regularly as we add new features or modify existing features. After the initial training session, a 90-day follow-up is scheduled to address any questions that might have arisen during the initial use of the application.
